At Kerr’s Custom Woodworking Limited, we use only the highest quality materials available.

We will put drawers where possible, and full extension pull out shelves in our lower cabinets, allowing full accesibility.

We provide a professional 20/20 3-dimensional design drawing at no charge with every order.

Kerr’s will come to your home to take on-site measurements at no charge with every order.

The quote provided is valid for 30 days. Price is subject to change based upon any additional extras or changes
requested by the customer prior to start of job.

Exact appliance specifications to be supplied by customer prior to the start of the job.

A 35% deposit is required if the job is awarded (other competitors require 50% deposit).

Balance is due upon the day of installation and is payable via cheque, or certified cheque.

Price does not include: counter top, sink, plumbing fixtures/faucets, backsplash, electrical or
lighting fixtures, plumbing, vent/fan.

Kerr’s will gladly work with plumbers, electricians or contractors of the homeowner’s choosing. However, if the
customer prefers, Kerr’s can recommend contractors or any necessary trade professionals as the job requires.
